Swayoga works to promote Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo and Indian culture in France. It works in the field of Integral Yoga and Integral health by using the tools of traditional yoga techniques, Naturopathy, Osteopathy and Ayurveda.
Association Yoga Intégral France offers studies in French of the teachings of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother through regular courses, workshops, conferences, retreats. Every year more people come to join the association. It currently has about 200 members. It holds:

- Regular Hatha Yoga classes
- Meditation retreats
- Conferences
