Purnam is offering Swadhyaya — a 9-month online immersive journey into Integral Yoga Psychology. Rooted in Sri Aurobindo's vision of synthesis and the living wisdom of integral yoga the journey unfolds through first-person inquiry, mantric reading, guided sessions, and collective sharing circles.
The programme is designed, held, and facilitated by Manoj Pavithran, Divyanshi Chugh, Dr. Sahana, and Pooja Varshney — with guest sessions by experienced practitioners and facilitators from the wider Sri Aurobindo and the Mother community.
